If your property needs furnishing, we offer bespoke interior design services with a rapid turnaround time. From utilities and furniture to art and accessories, we can finish your home to a premium standard so that it looks first-rate and attracts guests all year round.
What We Do
Full Project
This is the A-Z package – where we furnish and style your property from scratch. This includes:
- Furniture items, such as beds, couches and chairs
- Kitchen items, like cups, plates and cutlery
- Decorative items, such as vases and art
- Lights
- Carpets
- Bathroom items
- Guest essentials, such as a vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, pillows and duvets
Essentially, the property will be fully ready for guests when we are done. Our turnaround is between two to four weeks, depending on the size of the property.
Styling Project
We call it a ‘Styling Project’ if it’s anything less than a full furnishing project. Maybe your property is partly furnished, or you only need help with the décor or guest essentials. We work with you on your budget to ensure the property is ready for short-term rental. For smaller styling projects, our turnaround is one week.
Premium Interior Design Services
We also provide interior design services for personal projects, on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more details.
How it works?
Initial inspection
For any property we furnish, we start with the initial inspection, where we check the space to understand what is possible/needed. We also show comparable properties and design ideas from our latest projects.
Design Agreement
For the Full Projects – the client decides on the Interior Design Package. For the Styling Projects – our team sends a quote of everything that is needed, and this is approved by the client.
Implementation
Our interior design team begins the project with clear deadlines to have it up and running (and making you money!) ASAP.
Price
The Interior Design team works with set packages to ensure projects have the highest turnaround. Our packages include everything except large appliances or any specific specialised items.

I would like to be more involved in the Interior Design process, is this possible?
Not for the packages. We have designed it this way, to ensure properties are out and making money as soon as possible. If we need approval for every decision, it will be impossible to meet deadlines! We only provide a more collaborative Interior Design process for our Premium Interior Design Services.
My property is fully furnished and only needs a few items, can I buy them myself?
Of course! For a small styling project, we are happy to provide you with a list of missing items so you can source them yourself.
Where do you source your furnishings?
We work with many local and international suppliers, where we can get the best quality for the best prices. Our furniture makers are all based in the UAE, for the fastest turnaround.
What if I have a certain style in mind?
It depends how far the style is from our standard. However, we very much take it on a case-by-case situation.
